If you’ve got kids in that 8–12 bracket who need burning off, this is genuinely one of the better shouts in Ipswich. The climbing walls are properly good — varied enough that they’ll actually be challenged rather than bored after ten minutes. Staff know what they’re doing and don’t make kids feel nervous about having a go, which makes a real difference. Parents can watch from the viewing area without hovering, and the cafe is decent enough that you won’t be quietly suffering while you wait. It’s kept clean and well-run, which sounds basic but you notice when it’s done right.
