If your kid has just got their first bike or scooter, this is genuinely one of the better spots in Motherwell to bring them. The whole point of the place is traffic practice — there’s a proper little bike track laid out with road markings so children can get a feel for how roads actually work, which is more useful than it might sound. Great for ages 3 to 10, and the kind of thing that keeps them occupied while feeling like they’re learning something real. Locals with young ones tend to come back to it regularly, especially once the stabilisers come off.
