One of those quietly reliable spots that locals seem to keep to themselves, this Bangor park ticks a few boxes without making a big deal about it. The tennis court gets decent use, especially on dry afternoons — which, let’s be honest, you take when you can get them in Wales. There’s a play area for the kids, nothing over-the-top but enough to keep them occupied while you do a lap or two on foot. Good for a low-key hour out when you just need some fresh air and a bit of space.
