If you want somewhere low-key where your kid can actually decompress, this little spot delivers. The swings are solid and the whole place stays surprisingly clean — which, if you’ve been to other Anchorage parks, you know isn’t always a given. The open grass field is great for just letting younger kids run themselves out, and being this close to the trails means you can easily extend the outing if everyone’s still got energy. Best for the 2-10 crowd, and honestly perfect for those weekday mornings when you just need some fresh air without the chaos.
