Two separate play structures mean the big kids aren’t constantly running over the toddlers, which is a small thing that makes a huge difference on a busy afternoon. The matted surface under the equipment is a nice touch — softer landings, less drama. Parents tend to stake out the shaded seating pretty quickly, and honestly, you can see the whole setup from the benches without having to hover. When the kids are done with the slides and climbing gear, there’s a solid stretch of open grass that works great for pickup soccer or just burning off whatever energy is left. Parking is easy, the neighborhood is quiet, and it doesn’t feel like a trek to get in and out.
