Magic Ground

If you’ve got a kid under 7 and you’re tired of watching them bounce off the walls at home, this place is worth knowing about. It’s fully enclosed, genuinely clean (like, consistently clean — not just on good days), and the staff actually pay attention, which isn’t something you can say about every indoor play spot in DC. There’s a solid mix of slides, a climbing structure, and a merry-go-round, plus enough different zones to keep toddlers and older kids both busy for a couple hours. The bike track is a nice bonus, and the picnic tables make it easy to bring snacks and actually sit down like a human being. A lot of locals book it for birthday parties too — the setup takes the stress out of it pretty much entirely.
