Como Regional Park

If you live in the Twin Cities and haven’t made Como a regular stop, you’re genuinely missing out. The zoo is free — yes, actually free — and good enough that you’ll want to come back more than once across the seasons. The conservatory is the real hidden gem though, especially in January when it’s gray and miserable outside and you need to remember that plants exist. Families with kids of any age find something here, whether it’s the animals, the gardens, or just wandering around a park that doesn’t cost you anything to enjoy.
