Arches playground

Downtown Omaha doesn’t have a ton of great options for kids, but Arches pulls its weight. The climbing structure is the real draw here — it’s not the usual cookie-cutter stuff, and older kids especially seem to figure out new ways to tackle it every visit. Those stainless steel slides are genuinely fun, and the swings cover the younger crowd too. Restrooms are on-site and consistently clean, which honestly makes or breaks a park trip with little ones. Parking is easy, and being right downtown means you can tack on lunch or a quick errand without much effort.
