Pineland Park

Small but solid, this little neighborhood spot in Swansboro gets the job done for families with younger kids — we’re talking toddlers through early elementary age. There’s a swing set, picnic tables, and a grill, so you can actually make an afternoon of it without having to pack everything back up to eat somewhere else. The walking path is a nice touch if you want to stretch your legs while the little ones wear themselves out. It’s quiet out here, very residential, which honestly is the whole appeal — no crowds, easy parking, and neighbors who actually use it.
