Right next to Hussy Tower, this spot has a decent amount going for it — the open grass field alone gives kids plenty of room to actually stretch their legs rather than just circling a tiny patch of tarmac. The equipment is well looked after, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every playground around Boston. Nothing feels broken or neglected, and the grass gets mowed regularly so it’s not a muddy disaster after a bit of rain. Worth knowing if you’re after somewhere that suits all ages without having to dodge hazards.
