Right on the Greenway between Passage West and Rochestown, this spot is a solid little stop for families doing the walk — or honestly just as a destination in itself. The river views are genuinely lovely, and the shade trees make a difference on a warm day. Slides and swings cover the basics for the under-12 crowd, and parents can keep an eye on things easily while grabbing a picnic table. Wheelchair-accessible seating and free parking nearby make it one of the more accessible spots along this stretch of Cork Harbour. The open grass field gives kids room to roam when they’re done with the equipment.
