Moscone Park Playground

This park pulls double duty better than most spots in the city — the playground side keeps the little ones busy with slides, swings, climbing structures, and a sandbox, while older kids can head straight to the basketball court or open grass field. It’s the kind of place where you can actually spend a few hours without running out of things to do. The restrooms are consistently clean, which honestly puts it ahead of half the parks in SF. Picnic tables make it easy to bring lunch and stay a while, and street parking is more manageable here than you’d expect for this part of town. Works for toddlers, works for tweens — not many playgrounds you can say that about.
